INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS

     All participants in the International Conference “Science-Industry-Society Nexus for Sustainable Regions” are expected to follow the guidelines below for preparing and submitting their extended abstracts and full-text articles.

 

Extended Abstract Submission

     All accepted extended abstracts will be included in the Conference Book of Extended Abstracts. Participants must prepare their abstracts following the official template, which can be downloaded from here.
     Instructions for preparing the extended abstract: Use the provided template to ensure formatting consistency. The maximum length is specified in the template. Submit the extended abstract by April 25, 2025, along with the completed registration form.

 

Full-Text Publication Opportunities

     Authors have the option to publish their full-text articles in one of the following venues:

  • A special issue of the Annual Journal of Burgas State University “Prof. Dr. Assen Zlatarov”.
  • A full-text publication in an Impact Factor journal (subject to additional requirements and peer review). We offer the following options: Bulgarian Chemical Communications journal and The International Journal Bioautomation (subject to an additional fee - participants interested in this option should contact the organizers).
  • Other indexed journals – We are currently in negotiations with additional journals, and the list of available publication options will be updated on the conference website.

 

Requirements for Publishing in Impact Factor Journals

    Full-text articles must be prepared according to the specific journal guidelines. All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review. Only articles that meet the scientific and editorial standards of the respective journals will be accepted for publication. Authors should review the formatting and submission requirements of their selected journal before submission.
